International delivery zones
A returned package generally results from an incomplete or incorrect address, failure to collect it from a pick-up point within the allotted time, or the carrier being unable to deliver the package to the recipient (absence, incorrect contact details, or refusal).
Reshipping fees
If the return is due to an input error or failure to collect, the reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the error comes from our service, reshipping is naturally free of charge.
How to proceed
• You notice the return before we contact you : send us a message immediately with your order number and the desired address correction. We will handle your case as soon as we receive the package for priority reshipment.
