How can I track my parcel ?

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link for your parcel. Simple and straightforward. I ordered the wrong fragrance — can I exchange it ?

If you realize this immediately after placing your order, simply contact us at contact@olfaparfum.de. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it at no cost.

Once the order has been shipped, you will first need to receive the parcel, then contact us by email at contact@olfaparfum.de. We will then send you a return form to include with the product, which must be returned unopened, in its original cellophane packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
