Any order placed before 3:00 PM is processed and shipped the same day (Monday to Saturday). Delivery times then vary depending on the carrier :

How can I track my parcel ?

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link for your parcel. Simple and straightforward. Once the order has been shipped, you will first need to receive the parcel, then contact us by email at contact@olfaparfum.de. We will then send you a return form to include with the product, which must be returned unopened, in its original cellophane packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
