The Olfazeta Scented Body Cream deeply nourishes the skin, leaving it pleasantly soft and scented. It releases its olfactory notes, enveloping the skin and releasing a persistent scent. Its formula is enriched with Silk Protein, Argan Oil and Sweet Almond Oil, which make the skin more elastic, particularly soft and silky, forming a thin, invisible film with a protective action. What are the shipping costs ?

Orders over €50 qualify for free delivery. Below this amount, shipping fees are as follows :

What are the delivery times ?

Any order placed before 3:00 PM is processed and shipped the same day (Monday to Saturday). Delivery times then vary depending on the carrier :

• Standard Home Delivery: 2–4 business days

Orders over €50 benefit from free delivery.

How can I track my parcel ?

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link for your parcel. Simple and straightforward. If you have not received this email within 48 business hours after placing your order, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

I ordered the wrong fragrance — can I exchange it ?

If you realize this immediately after placing your order, simply contact us at contact@olfaparfum.de. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it at no cost.

Once the order has been shipped, you will first need to receive the parcel, then contact us by email at contact@olfaparfum.de. We will then send you a return form to include with the product, which must be returned unopened, in its original cellophane packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Extrait de Parfum, also known as perfume absolute, is the purest and most concentrated form of fragrance.
Olfazeta Extrait de Parfum contains a 30% concentration.
By comparison, Eau de Parfum typically contains between 8% and 20%, while Eau de Toilette ranges from 4% to 8%.
